The apartment has been newley renovated based on our age and unfortunately we are not getting any younger , so we have open spaces, no thresholds (apart from a low threshold to the terrace to prevent possible rainwater in the apartment), electric touch-free faucets in one of the bathrooms , ramp in the entrance, top floor apartment with elevator.

​- No partys or disturbing activitys between 22,00 to 08,00. Max 6 persons in total in the apartment due community regulations.

New Law 2025: 

All guests staying in the apartment, regardless of age, must provide their passport number, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address and then it will

be registered by the owner via SES Hospedajes and

guests are 100% responsible for ensuring that all given information is correct.

Failure to do so may result in a fine from the authorities  up to 600,000 euros being issued against the responsible guest for the booking.

This new rule applies to all accommodations in Spain. ​​
